I am genuinely delighted and proud to be the Executive Principal of The Grange Academy. I have worked in Runcorn for over 25 years, during this time I have seen many changes in the world of education, but the one aspect of it that has always remained is how proud I am to be part of this community.
Leading The Grange Academy is such as exciting and privileged opportunity. It is not often you get to help shape a child’s education, from nursery age through to their teenage years, by working with a highly skilled and dedicated team to ensure they leave with qualifications and experiences to succeed in their chosen pathways.
I am committed to working in partnership with pupils, parents and carers, governors, staff, and the wider community. Leadership at The Grange Academy is visible, reflective, and collaborative, with a clear focus on sustained improvement and positive outcomes for all pupils.
